Here’s a list of best surfing towns around the world. The towns are not in any particular order. This is based just on my own experiences. Let met know in the comments if you agree or disagree.

5. Hossegor, France

Hossegor is a classic! This beautiful French town on the coast of Atlantic oean is a must visit if you are looking for the best surf in Europe. Beware, it can get very crowded. There’s a WSL (World Surf League) competition at the of October.

4. Canggu, Bali

Bali, Indonesia is arguable the surf capital of Southeast Asia. Canggu is situated 20 kilometers North of Denpassar. Canggu is less busy than Kuta, with no big nightclubs and easygoing vibe. Unfortunately, Canggu is also developing so be sure to visit there before it is too late!

The original Surf City USA, has surf spots for all levels. Situated South from the city of San Jose. There are some spots which are locals only and some of the spots have dangerous rip currents. 2. Peniche, Portugal

Another superb surfing town located 1 hour drive from Lissabon airport. You can find a surf spot for every level. Peniche has many surf schools, restaurants and surf rentals. Supertubos is the most famous surf spot there, and it also hosts a WSL competition every year.

You knew this was coming. Probably the most famous surf town in the world. Once in a lifetime waves! Home to the Banzai Pipeline and many professional surfers.
